未成年子女作为探望权主体之伦理考察

家庭成员之间的权利与义务关系主要根据血缘亲情而构建,涉及到一系列伦理价值判断。2001年婚姻法仅规定离婚后未与子女共同生活一方父或母有探望权,忽略了子女主动与父母进行亲情沟通的伦理需要,将子女置于被动的客体地位。笔者认为,被探望的子女绝非探望权的义务主体,法律进一步明确未成年子女作为探望权的权利主体,符合探望权的伦理价值取向。

Using Acoustic Emissions to Detect Damage in Three-Dimensional Braided Composites

Three-dimensioual(3D)braided composites with better properties have been used in some particular industries.Some have had obvious signs of crack when they are braided.Others have had catastrophic failures occuring without warning.A new methodology for the analysis of failure modes in composite materials by means of acoustic emission techniques has been developed.The occurrence of fiber-breakage during tensile loading tests has been observed by the acoustic emission technology.Using acoustic emission technology is investigated as a means of monitoring 3D braided composites structures,detecting damage,and predicting impending damage.Stone of the findings of the research project were presented.     

硫酸二甲酯对毛泡桐丛枝病幼苗植原体及SSR扩增位点的影响

通过形态观察、巢式PCR和SSR分析,研究了不同浓度硫酸二甲酯(DMS)处理对毛泡桐丛枝病幼苗植原体及泡桐DNA的SSR扩增位点变化的影响。结果表明:质量浓度为15 mg/L的硫酸二甲酯处理5 h或质量浓度大于25 mg/L的硫酸二甲酯处理3 h以上仍成活的幼苗其形态上可转变为健康幼苗,但15 mg/L硫酸二甲酯处理5 h时形态健康的幼苗仍有丛枝病植原体的存在,而其余浓度处理后存活的幼苗内则检测不到植原体;质量浓度大于150 mg/L的硫酸二甲酯处理3 h以上的幼苗全部死亡。此外,毛泡桐丛枝病幼苗、健康幼苗和DMS处理后形态健康幼苗DNA的SSR扩增位点相同。     

A positive-temperature-coefficient electrode with thermal protection mechanism for rechargeable lithium batteries

A new positive-temperature-coefficient(PTC) material was prepared simply by blending of conductive Super P carbon black(CB) with insulating poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) polymer matrix,which was empolyed as a coating layer on the aluminium foil substrate to fabricate a sandwiched Al/PTC/LiCoO2 cathode.The experimental results from cyclic voltammetry,charge-discharge measurements and impedance spectroscopy demonstrated that the PTC electrode has a normal electrochemical performance at ambient temperature,but shows an enormous increase in the resistance at the temperature range of 80?120℃.This PTC behavior greatly restrains the reaction current passing through the electrode at elevated temperatures,capable of acting as a self-actuating safety mechanism to prevent the battery from thermal runaway.     

Learnability of multi-instance multi-label learning

Multi-instance multi-label learning(MIML) is a new machine learning framework where one data object is described by multiple instances and associated with multiple class labels.During the past few years,many MIML algorithms have been developed and many applications have been described.However,there lacks theoretical exploration to the learnability of MIML.In this paper,through proving a generalization bound for multi-instance single-label learner and viewing MIML as a number of multi-instance single-label learning subtasks with the correlation among the labels,we show that the MIML hypothesis class constructed from a multi-instance single-label hypothesis class is PAC-learnable.
